Privacy & email policy

We send a small number of partnership emails to creators whose public contact details are listed on TikTok, Instagram or creator directories. Here is exactly what we do with them.

What we collect

• Your public profile information: handle, display name, follower count, content category, country.
• Your contact email address, where it is published on your profile or a public creator directory.
• Anything you choose to send us — replies, your shipping address for a sample, your audience details.

We do not buy contact lists from data brokers, and we do not scrape private information. Every address we hold came from a place you published it.

How we use it

Only to talk to you about a possible collaboration, to ship a sample you asked for, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to a general marketing newsletter.

How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any of our emails with the single word unsubscribe, or write to moricaservice@wigmr.com with the subject line "unsubscribe". We remove the address from our outreach list within 24 hours and will not contact you again from any of our brands. No form, no login, no "manage preferences" maze.

If you asked for a sample and then change your mind, tell us and we will close the conversation the same way.

How long we keep it

Outreach records are kept for as long as we might reasonably work together again, and are deleted on request. Sample shipping addresses are deleted once the collaboration is closed and any tax record-keeping obligation has passed.
